STEP AHEAD FOR HIGH SCHOOL

We provide adaptive fitness and sport-specific training for individuals with disabilities and special needs. Through partnerships with the City of Hialeah’s Step Ahead Program and the Special Populations CDBG Therapeutic Enrichment Program, we create tailored workouts and Special Olympics preparation that build strength, confidence, and community. Our inclusive approach ensures every participant can thrive physically and socially.
